Acceptable stay, some issues noticed

The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is in a nice green area. I found the staff to be polite and helpful .

I had trouble contacting the hotel as my call was rejected. The representative I spoke with was not helpful and did not apologize for the inconvenience.

Underwhelming Stay Despite Beauty

The hotel looked quite beautiful at first glance.

The noise from nearby clubs was terrible. It kept us awake several nights. I found the staff at the entrance to be quite rude and misbehaving. I really did not like that.

tranquil and perfect stay

warm greeting comfortable seating well-appointed accommodation

from arrival, i experienced warm greetings, setting the tone for a nice stay. check-in included a comfortable seating area, putting me at ease instantly. the villa for my room was fine, and i was blown away by the design and well-appointed accommodation. every staff member were really nice.

the noise from nearby clubs slightly disrupted the otherwise tranquil environment. it was a minor issue in an otherwise perfect stay.
